Both properties come fully equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, kitchens with modern appliances, private outdoor spaces, and comfortable living areas. They both have access to a large and well maintained swimming pool and a tennis court. 

It is about 15 km to the central beaches in Argeles-sur-mer. 

You are spoilt for choice when it comes to the various beaches, each with its own distinct character and atmosphere:

The Central Beaches (Plage du Centre, Plage des Pins, Tamariguer) are your go-to if you’re looking for a classic seaside experience—wide sandy shores, shallow water, and full amenities make them especially convenient and family-friendly, with everything close at hand.

Moving north, the North Beach (Plage de la Marenda) offers a quieter, more natural setting, defined by dunes and open space—ideal if you prefer a peaceful environment away from the crowds.

To the south, the South Beach and Port Area (Plage Sud) stands out for its scenic views toward the Pyrenees and nearby Collioure, combined with a relaxed atmosphere and easy access to the marina’s restaurants and cafés.

At the edge of town, Le Racou Beach has a unique, almost village-like charm, where small houses meet the sand, creating a more intimate and authentic coastal experience.

Further along the coast, the Rocky Coves (Criques de Porteils and Plage de l’Ouille) reveal a wilder side of the region, with clear water, rugged scenery, and excellent conditions for snorkeling, far from the busier beaches.

Finally, the Naturist Beach (Plage du Bocal du Tech) provides a spacious and untouched environment, appreciated for its calm, open setting and its designated naturist area.

Yes, both Villa Josephine and Belle Vue have free reserved private parking spaces next to the house available for guests.

Check-in is from 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. If you need flexible times, feel free to contact us in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Yes, bed linen & towels are included. 

We know, it is a french habit to bring own bed linen and towels, but this ist neither necessary at Villa Josephine nor Belle Vue. Your bed will be freshly made when you arrive.

We would ask you to bring your beach towels though, as our towels will stay in the house. 

People often ask whether the view is really as beautiful as it appears in the photos.

In our opinion, it is even more impressive in reality—because no photograph can truly capture how the colours of the landscape evolve throughout the day. As the light shifts with the sun, subtle tones and contrasts emerge and change constantly, creating a living panorama that simply cannot be fully conveyed in a single image.

From the terraces of Villa Josephine and the holiday home Bellevue, you enjoy sweeping views across the wide plain of Perpignan. 

Directly ahead of Belle Vue rises the partly snow-capped Mount Canigou, the sacred mountain of the Catalans, forming a striking focal point in the landscape.

From Villa Josephine, the Canigou appears to the left, while your gaze stretches across the vast Roussillon plain and reaches far into the Corbières hills in the distance. To the right, the scene opens up to the shimmering, deep blue Mediterranean Sea, completing a panorama that is both expansive and uniquely varied.
