Cancellation policy

All bookings are binding.

In the event of cancellation, modification, or no-show, the total amount of the reservation remains due and will be charged.

If the accommodation can be rebooked for the same period and under comparable conditions, we may, at our sole discretion, refund all or part of the amount received, minus any administrative costs and potential price differences.

We strongly recommend that guests take out travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances that may require cancellation.

By confirming the booking, the guest acknowledges and accepts these terms.
