Terms & Conditions These Terms & Conditions govern all direct bookings for stays at Villa Josephine and Bellevue.

1. Booking and Contract
A booking becomes binding once it has been confirmed by us and, where applicable, payment has been received. The booking constitutes a rental agreement between the guest and the property owner.

 2. Prices and Payment
All prices are stated in euros and include applicable charges unless otherwise specified. Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking. The full amount must be paid within the agreed timeframe.

3. Security Deposit
A security may be required if you bring pets. This will be refunded after departure, subject to inspection of the property and deduction of any damages or additional costs.

4. Cancellation
Cancellation terms are defined in our separate Cancellation Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.

5. Check-in and Check-out
Guests must respect the agreed check-in and check-out times unless otherwise arranged in advance.

6. Use of the Property
Guests agree to use the property responsibly and in accordance with the House Rules. Maximum occupancy limits must be respected. Parties, events, and unauthorized guests are not permitted.

7. Liability
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. The property owner shall not be held liable for accidents, injuries, loss, or damage to personal belongings, except where required by law.

8. Natural Environment and Safety
The properties are located in a natural environment that may present certain risks (e.g. fire, weather, terrain). Guests acknowledge these risks and agree to act responsibly at all times. In case of official alerts or instructions from local authorities, guests must comply immediately.

9. Force Majeure
The property owner shall not be held liable for any failure or disruption caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, wildfires, extreme weather, or governmental restrictions.

10. Third-Party Bookings
For reservations made through third-party platforms, the terms and conditions of the respective platform shall apply and may differ from these Terms & Conditions.

11. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of France. Mandatory consumer protection laws remain unaffected.

13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

By confirming the booking, the guest acknowledges and accepts these Terms & Conditions.
