These house rules apply to both apartments at Villa Josephine and Bellevue.

1. Maximum occupancy must be respected at all times. Only registered guests are permitted to stay in the apartment. Parties and events are not allowed.

2. Guests are asked to respect quiet hours and to be considerate of neighbors at all times.

3. Check-in and check-out times must be respected unless otherwise agreed in advance.

4. Guests are expected to leave the apartment in a tidy condition. All damages must be reported immediately. Guests are liable for any damage caused during their stay. (We will not hold you accountable for a minor damage like a broken cup - these things happen. But please let us know, so we can replace the item for the next guests.)

5. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas, including apartments, balconies, and common spaces. 

6. The “Domaine des Albères” is located in a natural forest environment. Access and movement in this area may involve inherent risks. Guests enter and use this area at their own risk and are advised to exercise caution at all times.

7. Pets are not permitted at Villa Josephine. At Bellevue, pets are only allowed upon prior request and approval and may be subject to additional charges.

8. Keys and access items must be handled with care. In case of loss of the wristbands providing access to the swimming pool and tennis court, a fee of 50 EUR per wristband will be charged.

9. Parking is only permitted in designated areas. Guests must ensure that access routes are not blocked.

10. Wi-Fi is provided for lawful use only. Any illegal activity is strictly prohibited.

11. The apartment is located in a wooded area that is considered a natural hazard area. In particular during the summer months, strict precautions are required to reduce the risk of wildfires. Open flames, barbecues (except the barbecue provided) and any fire-related activities in outdoor areas are strictly prohibited.

12. In the event of a nearby wildfire, guests are advised that the safest place is inside the property. All doors, windows, and shutters should be closed immediately and the hose taken inside. Guests should not attempt to evacuate via forest roads or narrow access routes, unless instructed by local authorities to do so, as this may be dangerous and could obstruct emergency services.

In case of serious violation of these house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the stay without refund.

By confirming the booking, the guest acknowledges and accepts these terms.
